The Kosovar Stability Initiative has signed a memorandum of understanding with the library “Latif Berisha,” in Mitrovica with the aim of establishing cooperation between the two parties. As part of the MoU IKS will be able to use the library space during its field work for the “Mitrovica: One City, Two Realities,” Project while IKS will offer copies of its publications for the library of Mitrovica.
